Job Description
I. POSITION SUMMARY
Quantity Surveyor will estimate project costs, collaborate with engineers and architects for cost-effective high-quality plans, and possess excellent organizational and communication skills to manage and direct development plans.
II. SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Review mechanical plans and establish quantity requirements.
- Analyze maintenance and material costs, ensuring optimal contracts.
- Prepare reports, budgets, and advise on improvements.
- Maintain professional relationships with stakeholders.
II. JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 1 year experience; Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Management.
- Proficiency in mechanical estimating and financial analysis.
- Knowledge of materials, pricing, and budget management.
IV. KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
- Analytical, negotiating, and organizational skills.
- Networking abilities and Microsoft Office proficiency.
- Strong financial analysis and numerical aptitude.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php18,00.00 – Php20,00.00 per month
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
Supplemental pay types:
- 13th month salary
- Overtime pay
