Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to work with one of the largest global providers of customer experience management solutions.
- Location: Muntinlupa City
- Working Set-up: Onsite
- Schedule: Mondays to Fridays
- Benefits: HMO, Night Differential Pay, Performance-Based Incentives
QUALIFICATIONS:
- HS/SHS Graduate/College Undergrad/College Grads with 6 months BPO Voice Experience
- Computer literate
- Available for flexible shifts
- Ability to handle challenging customer situations
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handle complaints and provide solutions promptly
- Manage incoming calls efficiently
- Follow communication procedures and policies
- Resolve product or service issues
- Offer the best solutions to customers
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php18,00.00 – Php23,00.00 per month
