Job Description
SOME OF THE RESPONSIBILITIES ARE:
- Calendar Management (includes booking of flights and hotels)
- Project Management
- Preparing systems documentation and manuals, as well as database and file management
- Doing research on particular data, topics, and products
- Email Management
- Client and Applicant Coordination
- Data Entry and Reports
- Phone Calls for Clients and Doing Interviews to Applicants
- Perform errands outside the office if needed
- Other Ad Hoc tasks
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree (Preferably)
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Must be highly organized, critical thinker, and proactive
- Very Good English communication skills
- Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
