Job Description
DCOM Money Express, a company based in Tokyo, Japan, is seeking a friendly Tagalog Customer Support Specialist to join their team. The ideal candidate should enjoy challenges and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Handling Customer Queries (Account creation & Customer support)
- Provide internal feedback on recurring issues affecting customer satisfaction
Job Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in Tagalog and English
- Basic Japanese language knowledge is a plus
- Computer literate
- Must reside within Metro Manila or Makati area (on-site)
