Job Description
We are currently seeking a Leasing Officer for Industrial Space to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential industrial tenants, negotiating leases, and maintaining positive tenant relationships.
The Leasing Officer will work closely with property owners and management to ensure occupancy rates are maximized and lease agreements are adhered to. Strong communication and negotiating skills are essential for this role.
Key responsibilities include conducting property tours, analyzing market trends, preparing lease documents, and collaborating with the marketing team to promote available spaces.
