Job Description
We are seeking highly motivated and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Call Center Agents.

General Responsibilities:
- Identify and assess customers’ needs, inquiries, or concerns and provide accurate solutions.
- Maintain professionalism and empathy in customer interactions.
Qualifications:
- Willing to attend interview at Ortigas (for Face to Face Interview only.)
- Amenable to working onsite
- Filipino Citizen or relevant residence status
- 18 years old and above
- At least High school Graduate
- Conversant in English / Basic English
- Strong active listening skills and empathy.
Nice to have (Optional):
- Proven customer service experience in a call center or customer support environment.
