Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Review accounts, process, and approve manual withdrawal requests with high confidentiality.
- Assess risks of players and monitor betting activities.
- Handle payment-related queries and contribute to process improvements.
- Ensure a positive customer experience.
- Other delegated tasks by Team Leader/Manager.
Job Qualifications:
- 1+ year gaming risk management experience.
- Asian gaming exposure, especially in CN market.
- English proficiency, additional Asian language skills preferred.
- Proficient in MS Office.
Conditions of Employment:
- Rotational Shift.
- Reporting onsite in Macapagal, Pasay for 5 days.
- Immediate start.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php25,00.00 – Php30,00.00 per month
