Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducts resume screening
- Attends to walk-ins
- Maintains accurate applicant tracking records
- Checks pre-employment requirements
- Other necessary tasks
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology or Business Administration (Human Resources)
- Previous recruitment/HR experience a plus
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn in a dynamic environment
- Keen eye for detail
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From Php15,860.00 per month
Schedule: 8-hour shift
Supplemental pay types: 13th-month salary
