Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Bi-Weekly payroll
- Bookkeeping – Monthly/Yearly
- Generate and send out invoices.
- Follow up on overdue payments and ensure timely collection.
- Reconcile customer accounts and resolve billing discrepancies
Bookkeeping:
- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions.
- Update and reconcile sub-ledger to the general ledger.
- Prepare financial reports related to accounts receivable.
- Run Bi-Weekly Payroll
- Generate and collect invoice payment
- Cash flow management
Process Improvement:
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Experience:
- Proven experience in bookkeeping and accounts receivable.
- Familiarity with accounting software and ERP systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High level of accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
