Job Description
1. Maintain compliance with all HR related regulations & standards and employee disciplinary.
2. Assist HRA Supervisor for all HR functions.
3. Maintain updated 201 files of employees and other filling systems at HRA office.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate policies about Human Resources
- Conduct exit interviews
- Collect and analyze employee data, 201 filling
- Organize and update employee files
- Adhere to regulatory standards
- Oversee employee orientation and training
- Create and analyze Incident Report
- Experience in Disciplinary procedures
At least 6 months of experience is required.
Willingness to undergo training.
