Job Description
Caldwell Communications are continuously looking for candidates to join our team as Chat Support (HOTEL BOOKING) in our BPO Caldwell Support – NCR office.
Job Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers via phone or written correspondence to address concerns.
- Resolve customer issues on the first contact without transferring.
- Match customers’ needs with clients’ products and services.
- Utilize negotiation skills to overcome objections and secure customer buy-in.
- Share information with internal and external clients as well as colleagues.
