Job Description
ISTA Solutions, an outsourcing/offshoring company, is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. If you are ready to contribute to our mission and work in a supportive environment, then we want you on board.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer inquiries related to healthcare products/services
- Resolve customer complaints professionally and promptly
- Accurately document customer interactions in the system
- Provide exceptional service and build strong customer relationships
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months BPO/call center customer service experience
- Healthcare account experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to multitask on computer systems while speaking with customers
- Willingness to work on a voice account in shifting schedules
