Job Description
The Data Processing Officer/Processing Assistant is mainly responsible for the end-to-end documentation, processing, and coordination of the requirements of the service the customer signed up for in IPASS.
Minimum Requirements:
- Graduate of 4-year degree in Business, Marketing, Entrepreneurship, or equivalent
- Background in customer service and back office is a plus
- Good communication skills
- Customer service-oriented and detail-oriented
- 40 words-per-minute typing speed with 95% accuracy
Responsibilities:
- Initiate exam application process
- Cater inquiries through various channels
- Update client and database on application status
- Monitor progress and due dates
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: Php12,00.00 – Php13,00.00 per month
