Job Description
The Team Member at Tims Coffee is responsible for delivering Brand Standards and upholding food safety promises through operational excellence during assigned shifts. Duties include maintaining station cleanliness, organization, and readiness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Executes accurate preparation and prompt Guest service delivery.
- Adheres to food preparation standards and quality.
- Delivers products within the standard speed of service.
- Demonstrates a positive and patient attitude with Guests.
Exceeding Guest expectations is essential, ensuring always fresh, safe food, fast & friendly service, and clean surroundings.
- Maintains a professional and courteous attitude towards Guests and team members.
- Demonstrates flexibility to meet Brand Standards and Food Safety Promise delivery.
- Handles Guest recovery situations with care and sincerity.
Other responsibilities include adherence to restaurant compliance, health, safety protocols, and cleanliness standards.
- Helps maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards.
- Reports any safety violations promptly.
- Ensures a safe environment for Guests and team members.
