Job Description
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
- Source and recruit candidates through various channels.
- Manage new employee orientation and onboarding.
- Address employee concerns and grievances.
- Mediate conflicts and facilitate resolutions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
- Handle confidential employee information with discretion.
- With at least 2 years of work experience specifically in Timekeeping, Recruitment, Creating Memos & Appointments.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php13,00.00 – Php14,00.00 per month
