Job Description
- Assist in Monitoring of New Orders and Incoming Units.
- Assist in coordinating with BMs for actual stock count of units (weekly).
- Booking appointments to shipping lines and Trucking Services.
- Coordinates with Sales Admins for their unit requirements.
- Coordinates with Service for necessary repair & installation on trucks.
- Request Quotation to Supplier.
- Request Payment for Supplier/Vendor Invoices.
- Filing of necessary documents.
- Performs other duties as directed by the Immediate Superior.
- Willing to be trained at Congressional Quezon City
