Job Description
- Graduate of Civil Engineering course relevant to construction.
- A Professional License is an advantage but not required.
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and processes.
- Proficient in cost estimation, budgeting, and contract administration.
- Measure and quantify materials and work required for a project based on construction drawings and specifications.
- Monitor project costs and implement measures to control and manage any cost overruns.
- Background in Bidding and Tendering methodology.
- Willing to travel to project sites for actual estimation, installation, and technical product training presentation.
- Familiar with the Local Supplier.
- Willing to be assigned in Buendia, Pasay City.
- Can start immediately.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php27,00.00 – Php45,00.00 per month
