Job Description
As an HR Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the HR Manager in various HR functions. Your responsibilities will include recruitment, employee relations, training, and payroll administration.
You will assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, as well as maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with labor laws. Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential in this role.
Additionally, you will collaborate with department managers to address employee needs and contribute to a positive work environment. A bachelor’s degree in HR or related field and experience in HR are preferred.
