Job Description
We are currently seeking a qualified and compassionate Company Nurse to join our team at Masagana Gas Corporation. As a Company Nurse, you will be responsible for providing essential healthcare services and promoting the overall well-being of our employees.
Core Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement health and safety programs.
- Provide basic healthcare services to the company’s employees.
- Administer over-the-counter medication to employees.
- Promote healthy eating and wellness programs.
- Document all employee injuries and illnesses and keep this information confidential.
- Monitor and promote employees’ health and wellness through active health information dissemination and health teachings.
- Monitor absenteeism for health-related reasons, follow-ups, send reports, and fit to work.
- Conduct inventory of medicines and other clinic supplies.
- Advise, educate, and assist employees on SS sickness and maternity claims.
- Help and contribute to compliance (monitoring, recording, reporting, etc.) needed for DOLE-OSH.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Nursing School Degree.
- Post Graduate Degree in Basic Occupational Health and Safety.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Critical-thinking skills.
- A warm and caring disposition.
- Working experience as a company or a regular nurse.
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: 8-hour shift
Supplemental Pay Types: 13th-month salary
Education: Bachelor’s (Preferred)
Experience: Nursing: 1 year (Preferred)
Language: English (Preferred)
License/Certification: Nursing (Preferred)
