Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Accounting Technical Support Tier 1. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support to clients regarding accounting software and systems.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles and practices, as well as excellent problem-solving skills. Prior experience in technical support or customer service is a plus.
Key responsibilities include assisting clients with software installation, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing training on the use of accounting tools.
