Job Description
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Business Administration with a major in Human Resources or Psychology or any equivalent courses
- Minimum of 3 years experience in Labor or Industrial Relations
- Proficient in handling end-to-end process of administrative cases
- Familiar with the Philippine Labor Law
- Experience in handling NLRC / DOLE cases
- Skilled in MS Office applications
- Capable of working independently and collaboratively
- Prior experience in the F&B industry is advantageous
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Makati City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
- Human Resources: 2 years (Preferred)
