Job Description
Our fast-growing team at CloudPay is seeking a passionate Learning Coordinator to join our Learning Centre team. The ideal candidate will ensure exceptional learning experiences for our customers and partners.
Daily Duties and Main Responsibilities:
- Schedule and organise global training sessions
- Manage employee and customer training requests
- Administer our global LMS
- Coordinate core skills curriculum and inductions
- Collect and analyse training data
Attributes and Experience Required:
- Prior experience as an LMS administrator
- Proficiency in MS packages and strong IT skills
- Customer service-oriented mindset
- Excellent written communication skills
