Job Description
- Implementing HR, payroll, benefits, and time solutions and providing ongoing support to clients during implementation.
- Serving as a subject matter expert for UKG Pro and UKG Ready during client system implementations.
- Documenting business requirements, design specifications, and test scripts for HCM software.
- Configuring and testing HR, payroll, benefits, and time software modules.
- Analysing data to identify patterns and organize results.
- Leading the implementation of UKG Pro WFM Modules based on client specifications.
- Collaborating closely with clients and internal teams for seamless module integration.
- Providing expert guidance in configuring, testing, and deploying WFM Modules effectively.
- Acting as a liaison between stakeholders and technical teams to align with project objectives.
- Required Skills:
- Ability to solve complex business problems with analytical solutions.
- Quickly learning new software applications and modules independently.
- Working on fast-paced, complex projects collaboratively.
- Interacting professionally with executives, managers, and experts.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High aptitude for learning and openness to feedback and growth opportunities.
- Familiarity with HR domain and HR, Payroll, Benefits, and Workforce Management.
- Preferred Skills:
- 3+ years’ experience with HR, Payroll, benefits, or time management systems.
- Administrative experience with UKG Pro and/or UKG Ready.
- Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or Business.
- Location: Manila/Cebu
