Job Description
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Business Administration with a major in Human Resources, Psychology, Organizational Communication or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years experience in Learning and Development
- Skilled in conducting Employee Relations Programs
- Knowledge of Performance Management Tools
- Fluent in English, written and oral
- Proficient in MS Office, photo / video editing
- Independent worker & team player
- Experience in F&B industry a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Makati City: Must commute or plan to relocate
Experience:
- Human Resources: 2 years preferred
