Job Description
CloudPay is seeking an Associate Payroll Specialist to join our global payroll operations team. As an APAC Associate Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for processing payrolls and collaborating with team members across regions.
Daily Duties and Main Responsibilities:
- Monthly payroll processing for clients in PH or any APAC region
- Execute payroll payments and contributions in compliance with local laws
- Reconcile and report payroll data
- Distribute payroll reports to business units
- Update payroll manuals regularly
- Address client queries promptly
Attributes and Experience Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
- 1 year of payroll experience, country-specific experience preferred
- Proficient in MS Excel and manual payroll processing
- Up-to-date knowledge of payroll regulations
- Strong communication skills in English
- Attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to work well in a team
