Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist the Customer Service Team through all post settlement phone enquiries
- Ensure timely collection and maintenance of delinquent accounts
- Provide highest level of service to customers within company guidelines
- Complete all functions accurately and within service level agreement
- Handle customer enquiries on Mortgage and Auto products
- Minimize fraud, credit, and operational losses below industry standards
SELECTION CRITERIA
- Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in Contact Centre or Collections
- Knowledge of Australian Finance Regulatory Environment preferred
- Experience in BPO/multinational institution is a plus
