Job Description
We are seeking a Work & Life Advisor to join our AMEA Central Team. As a Work & Life Advisor, your main responsibility will be to provide expert advice and support to employees on achieving work-life balance, managing stress, and enhancing overall well-being.
You will collaborate with HR and management to design and implement programs that promote a healthy work culture and improve employee satisfaction. Additionally, you will conduct workshops, seminars, and one-on-one sessions to educate employees on work-life balance strategies and stress management techniques.
