Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Technical Support Representative (TSR) to join our team. As a TSR, you will be responsible for assisting customers with technical issues they may encounter, providing solutions, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong technical background, and the ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve effectively. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, but training will be provided for the right candidate.
