Job Description
Position: LINE COOK
Job Summary:
Responsible for prepping ingredients and assembling dishes following standardized recipes.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepare kitchen station before meal service.
- Ensure supplies for night shift are ready.
- Prep food for service.
- Clean and sanitize station before/after shift.
- Assist in unloading/storing inventory.
Skills and Qualifications:
- College level education
- 2-3 years’ experience in casual/fine dining
- Highly organized, systematic, can work under pressure
- Enthusiastic, attentive, fast learner
- Experience in saute/wok section
Job Type: Full-time
