Job Description
Supervises overall operations of management shops assigned.
Ensures sales targets are met.
Manages budget per shop, approves cash disbursement of store-related expenses within authorized budget approval.
Ensures completeness of documents for reporting purposes.
Ensures sufficiency and quality of materials.
Ensures accurate processing of materials required by the shop.
Manages the cost of shop materials based on budget.
Ensures submission of inventory reports and reconciliation.
Ensures shop system standards are met.
Ensures prompt action and recommends possible solutions on shop concerns.
Maintains the quality of service through continuous staff coaching and training.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php17,00.00 – Php19,00.00 per month
