Job Description
Responsibilities
- Install and maintain seasonal plants
- Mow, trim, and fertilize green spaces
- Mulch, edge, and weed gardens
- Prune and trim trees and bushes
- Maintain gardening equipment and machinery
- Monitor and maintain plant health
- Deal with pest problems
- Keep gardens clear of debris and litter
Requirements and Skills
- Experience as a Gardener
- Familiarity with landscaping design
- Extensive knowledge of regional plant life
- Knowledge of local pests and control methods
- Knowledge of fertilizers
- Understanding of landscaping safety regulations
- Physical strength and ability to work long hours
- Passion for outdoors and gardening
- High school diploma or GED
