Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our team. As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for various HR functions, such as recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training. This role requires strong communication skills, a solid understanding of employment laws, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Manage recruitment process from screening to onboarding
- Support employee relations and conflict resolution
