Job Description
Job Purpose
1. Technical and Energy Audit
- Ensure proper implementation of site equipment preventive maintenance program.
- Check AC units and site equipment/facilities for efficient operation.
- Prepare assessments for AC equipment and facilities for optimal performance.
2. Maintenance and Project Management
- Participate in AC troubleshooting, testing, and repair activities.
- Familiarize with site equipment operations.
- Assist in managing projects conducted by the company.
- Conduct regular inspections of technical projects.
- Ensure completion of Quarterly AC Maintenance program.
3. Research and Development
- Conduct research on new technologies and equipment enhancements.
- Study AC equipment and building operations for improvements.
4. Fire and Safety Protection
- Implement fire safety standards and procedures.
- Ensure proper implementation of safety policies.
- Regularly inspect safety equipment and fire hazards.
5. Other Activities
- Follow activities assigned by the supervisor and Manager.
