Job Description
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Respond to incoming calls promptly and professionally.
- Make outbound calls to follow up on inquiries and resolve issues.
- Identify and resolve customer concerns, escalating when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Stay informed about products, services, and company policies.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- AT LEAST HIGH SCHOOL GRADUATE WITH AT LEAST 1 YEAR AND 6 MONTHS OF BPO EXPERIENCE
- EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS
- WILLING TO START ASAP
