Job Description
Ensures effective partner engagement and satisfaction as the franchisor, maintaining compliance with company standards. Oversees franchisee performance alignment with company standards, providing strategic guidance and facilitating new branch development.
Primary Responsibilities
- Achieves or surpasses regional sales targets by adhering to company standards and implementing distribution channels and ordering apps.
- Develops expansion strategies to maximize regional territory coverage.
- Manages a comprehensive competitor master file for each area.
- Implements cost-saving measures and system standards to optimize profitability.
- Conducts thorough business analyses for each franchise.
- Ensures franchise participation in national promotions and timely execution of new products, analyzing promotion results.
- Conducts store visits to maintain brand standards.
- Provides training for team members and recommends appropriate training programs.
- Monitors approved marketing materials.
- Ensures timely franchise agreement renewals.
Qualifications
- A holder of a Bachelor’s Degree of any course
- At least five (5) years working experience in Operations, Franchise Management, or equivalent
- At least one (1) years working experience in a managerial role
- Willing to work in Alabang
- Can do franchisee store visits
- Analytical and good with numbers
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php50,00.00 – Php60,00.00 per month
