Job Description
As a Podcast Coordinator/Strategist, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end process of podcast production and developing strategic initiatives to enhance the visibility and impact of our podcasts. This role requires a creative and detail-oriented individual with a passion for storytelling, a strong understanding of the podcasting landscape, and the ability to coordinate various aspects of podcast production seamlessly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Podcast Production Management:
- Coordinate and manage all aspects of podcast production, including scheduling, recording, editing, and post-production activities.
- Collaborate with hosts, guests, and production teams to ensure the smooth execution of each episode.
- Content Strategy and Development:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive podcast content strategy aligned with the company’s goals and target audience.
- Research industry trends and competitors to identify opportunities for unique and compelling podcast topics.
- Audience Engagement:
- Implement strategies to grow and engage the podcast audience, including social media promotion, email campaigns, and other marketing initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze podcast analytics to make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
- Partnerships and Collaborations:
- Identify and build relationships with potential podcast partners, sponsors, and collaborators.
- Negotiate and manage partnerships to enhance the reach and influence of the podcasts.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in podcast production and content strategy.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and content creation.
- Familiarity with podcasting tools and platforms.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
