Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team, specializing in E-commerce/Retail accounts. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers, assisting them with inquiries, concerns, and resolving issues promptly.
Your responsibilities will include handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing product information, processing orders, and ensuring a positive customer experience at all touchpoints.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to multitask effectively. Experience in E-commerce or Retail customer service is preferred but not required.
