Job Description
· Conduct regular assessments affecting Safety of the site.
· Conduct necessary trainings to all employees and monitor regularly.
· Perform incident reporting, accident investigation, and other necessary functions for any SHE related issues.
· Establish Safety committee and promote programs to ensure 100% compliance on SHE area.
· Regularly update KPIs, make deviation report for any non-compliances.
· Work hand-in-hand with Operations on safety programs.
· Submit necessary documents/legal requirements as required by government/non-governing organization in relation to safety.
· Hazard Identification Risk Assessment and Determining Control
· PPE and safety Equipment Management and monitoring
· Accident Investigation and Report Writing
· Emergency Preparedness and Response Management
· Objectives Targets Planning.
· Environmental Regulatory Compliance Management
· Regulatory Requirements on OSH
· Monthly, Weekly, and Daily Racking Inspection
· Cascading and Training of Safety Refresher (MHE)
Job Requirements:
– Comprehensive experience in construction and heavy lifting
– Has COSH Certificate
– Good communication skills
– Proficient in email and MS Excel application
– Deep knowledge of Safety Standards and Compliance
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
Supplemental pay types:
- 13th month salary
