Caldwell Communications is seeking candidates to join our team for the position of Chat Support (Non-Voice) / Hotel Online Booking.
Job Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers via phone or written correspondence to address concerns.
- Resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently.
- Match customer needs with clients’ products and services.
- Use negotiation skills to overcome objections and gain customer approval.
