Job Description
- Location: Flexible (Remote or Headquarters)
- Overview: Seeking a dynamic individual to oversee property sales and operations within our Airbnb portfolio. Require strong leadership, strategic mindset, and passion for hospitality.
- Responsibilities:
- Develop sales strategies, maximize occupancy rates
- Build relationships with property owners
- Lead property management team
- Analyze market trends, identify growth opportunities
- Implement operational efficiencies
- Requirements:
- Experience in sales/property management
- Track record of achieving sales targets
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proficiency in data-driven decision-making
- Knowledge of Airbnb platform and property management software
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php10,00.00 – Php17,00.00 per month
Schedule:
- 12 hour shift
- On call
- Weekends
Supplemental pay types:
