Job Description
As a Canada Service Retention Team Outbound Specialist, you will be responsible for proactively reaching out to existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Your main duties will include conducting outbound calls, building strong relationships with customers, addressing any concerns or issues, and promoting additional services or products.
