Job Description
- Coordinate with client’s contact person for hardware and software problem resolution and equipment upgrades
- Provide technical support on Windows desktop OS
- Network Client connectivity on Windows and Novell platform
- Software installation/reinstallation and driver configurations
- Virus scanning, basic diagnostics, and hardware troubleshooting
- Restoration of files, part replacement, warranty coordination
- IMAC services and maintenance activities coordination
- Documenting repair status and locations, daily activity checklist
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field
- Hardware troubleshooting experience, software installation knowledge
- Proficient in Microsoft OS and Office Apps, good communication skills
- Willingness to support multiple sites in Metro Manila
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
