Job Description
- Fulfill service incidents within the agreed SLA.
- Analyze and resolve software or hardware-related incidents.
- Log and track incidents from identification to resolution.
- Document resolutions and update knowledge bases.
- Create positive customer support experiences.
- Provide a single point of contact for the customer.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 4-year IT degree graduate.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- 1 year of Service Desk/Helpdesk Support experience.
- Willingness to work in Quezon City.
