Job Description
– Support HR Department to determine and endorse staffing requirements to manpower agencies
– Researching and appropriate use of recruitment channels such as agencies, job boards, social media etc. considering the recruitment budget.
– Ensure applicants compliance with employment requirements to agencies
– Assist manager/supervisor to process job applications and respond to queries
– Organise and take part in interview procedures as required
– Support implementing policies relating to employment and other human resources issues of workers
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Flextime
Supplemental pay types:
- 13th month salary
