Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook food according to recipes.
- Oversees and directs the kitchen staff.
- Proficient in staff training for all back of house operations.
- Manage product storage, maintenance, and rotation activities.
- Adhere to food safety regulations.
- Assist employees with company regulations.
- Ensure highest standard cleaning operations.
- Label products correctly with nutritional content.
- Must know how to cook a variety of menu.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree related to Food Industry preferred.
- 2-4 years experience as Cook, Line Cook, or Assistant Cook.
- Background in Commissary, Canteen, or Concessionaire preferred.
- Willingness to be trained.
