Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Performs design and BIM works.
- Participates in design charrettes and collaboration meetings.
- Ensures drawings comply with quality standards.
- Conducts safety and building code due diligence.
- Resolves drawing conflicts by generating solutions.
- Aids in material schedule preparation and site inspections.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture/Engineering.
- 3-5 years experience as Revit Modeler/Drafter preferred.
- Experience in residential construction and interior design a plus.
- Skills in Revit modeling and BIM technology.
- Basic knowledge of building construction and design.
- Willing to work in Clark, Pampanga.
- Immediate availability.
