Job Description
We are seeking highly motivated and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Call Center Agents. List of vacancies we have for you:
- Customer Service Representative
- Technical Support Representative
- Sales/Retail Representative
- Travel and Hotel Associate
- Healthcare Specialist
- Financial Associate
- Telemarketer
Responsibilities:
- Identify and assess customers’ needs, inquiries, or concerns and provide accurate solutions.
- Maintain professionalism and empathy with customers.
Qualifications:
- Amenable to working onsite
- Filipino Citizen or relevant residence status
- 18 years old and above
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Conversant in English language
Nice to have (Optional):
- Proven customer service experience in a call center.
