Job Description
Process the application of Tax declaration owner’s copy to the Assessor’s office
Preparing the requirements for Transfer tax payment
Prepares docket for enter to BIR for Certificate Authorizing Registration application
Prepares docket for registration to the Registry of deeds and for application of Tax declaration to LGU’s
