Job Description
We are currently seeking a qualified Beauty Adviser to handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional service at our Marquee Mall branch.
Job Description:
- Welcome and interact with customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Efficiently manage a high volume of customers with courtesy
- Address customer needs and provide appropriate product suggestions
- Assist customers in product selection based on their preferences
- Create visually appealing product displays
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the store and stock area
- Collaborate with the sales team to deliver quality customer service
- Execute operational and sales techniques while ensuring customer satisfaction
- Communicate customer requests to management
- Follow company policies, procedures, and practices including loss prevention
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
- Reconcile cash drawer and record sales transactions
- Maintain the overall presentation of the sales floor and displays
Job Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or Undergraduate of any course
- 2-3 years of relevant working experience in Sales/Retail/General or equivalent
- Background in-store operations is advantageous
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
