Job Description
1. Supervise, assign and observe performance of all warehouse personnel to optimize work output.
2. Coordinate with other departments concerning fabric requirement and conform to master production releasing schedule to ensure continuity of production.
3. Ensure availability of all fabrics needed per stock numbers in the warehouse before release to production.
4. Check accuracy of inventory status report compared with actual stock.
5. Monitor proper utilization of available space and implement good housekeeping.
6. Prepare and implement fabric inspection schedule based on the master production schedule requirement and payment due.
7. Handle training and development of subordinates in accordance with company standards in the production of quality output.
8. Perform work meeting customers’ and applicable regulatory requirements supporting achievement of quality objectives of his unit and consistent with the quality policy.
